JABLOTRON Bus CO₂, temperature and humidity sensor with thermostat function JB-112TH
Designed for public buildings, schools, kindergartens, offices, and residential properties. The JB-112TH continuously monitors CO₂, temperature, and humidity, automatically driving heating, cooling, and heat-recovery systems without risk of unauthorized local adjustment.
Reliable climate and air quality sensor without unwanted tampering
The JB-112TH combines measurement of three essential microclimate parameters in a sleek, discreet housing connected directly to the JABLOTRON 100+ system bus line.
CO₂ Measurement
The precision NDIR sensor measures carbon dioxide from 400 to 5000 ppm. When thresholds are exceeded (e.g. 1000 ppm), the control panel automatically activates ventilation via PG outputs.
Temperature & Thermostat
Operates as a full room thermostat module. Temperature data is sent to the control panel to manage radiators, underfloor heating, or air conditioning according to set schedules.
Relative Humidity
Monitors humidity from 0 to 100% RH to prevent condensation, mold, and unhealthy dry air in commercial and residential facilities.
Why choose the buttonless JB-112TH sensor?
Schools, Kindergartens & Universities: Classrooms require clean air for cognitive performance, but wall buttons invite accidental or deliberate tampering. The JB-112TH completely eliminates this risk.
Office Buildings & Conference Rooms: Maintains automated fresh air supply in open-plan offices and meeting rooms with central facility management control.
Public Facilities & Fitness Centers: The minimalist enclosure blends into any interior wall while providing robust CO₂ monitoring.
Key Advantages for Facility Owners & Investors
- Prevents unauthorized local adjustment by occupants or visitors.
- All settings and historical graphs accessible remotely in MyJABLOTRON 2.
- Powered directly from the system bus with no battery replacement required.
- Quick flush-box installation and 100% compatibility with JABLOTRON 100+.

What parameters does the JABLOTRON JB-112TH sensor measure?
The JB-112TH continuously measures carbon dioxide concentration (CO₂ in ppm), room temperature (°C), and relative air humidity (% RH).
What is the key difference between the JB-112TH and JB-112TP models?
The JB-112TH features a buttonless, screen-free design to prevent unauthorized user adjustment, making it ideal for public buildings, schools, kindergartens, and open-plan offices. The JB-112TP model includes an LCD screen and adjustment buttons.
What CO₂ sensing technology is integrated?
It uses an optical NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) sensor with a 400 to 5000 ppm measurement range and automatic baseline calibration.
How does the sensor trigger heating or ventilation without buttons or display?
The device reports measured data directly to the JABLOTRON 100+ control panel over the system bus. The panel uses program outputs (PGs) to trigger ventilation or heating circuits based on configured thresholds or schedules. Settings are managed via the MyJABLOTRON 2 application or F-Link configuration software.
Is the JB-112TH sensor bus-wired or wireless?
The JB-112TH is a bus device connected directly to the JABLOTRON 100+ control panel bus line, deriving power continuously without internal batteries.
Who carries out the installation of the JB-112TH sensor?
Installation, bus connection, and system logic configuration are performed by certified JABLOTRON professional partners to guarantee compliance and warranty coverage.
