JABLOTRON Bus room thermostat with CO₂ sensor JB-112TP
The new advanced Bus room thermostat for the JABLOTRON 100+ system. Continuously monitoring temperature, humidity, and carbon dioxide (CO₂) levels, the JB-112TP automatically manages heating, cooling, and air ventilation for maximum comfort and a healthy indoor microclimate.
One device – triple climate and air quality control
The JB-112TP thermostat connects directly to the system bus of the JABLOTRON 100+ control panel, ensuring reliable communication without relying on internal device batteries.
Temperature Measurement
Enables zoned heating and cooling management. When the alarm is armed (away mode), the system automatically lowers heating setpoints to conserve energy.
CO₂ (Carbon Dioxide) Sensor
Measures CO₂ concentration from 400 to 5000 ppm. When thresholds are exceeded, it triggers ventilation or alerts users to ventilate the room.
Relative Humidity Sensor
Monitors indoor humidity in real-time from 0 to 100% RH, preventing condensation and mold development in residential and commercial properties.

What parameters does the JABLOTRON JB-112TP thermostat measure?
The JB-112TP measures three key parameters: carbon dioxide level (CO₂ in ppm), room temperature (°C), and relative air humidity (% RH).
What type of CO₂ sensor is used and how precise is it?
It utilizes a high-precision optical NDIR (Non-Dispersive Infrared) sensor with a measurement range of 400 to 5000 ppm and automatic calibration.
Is the JB-112TP bus-wired or wireless?
The JB-112TP is a bus device connected directly to the system bus of the JABLOTRON 100+ control panel, from which it also receives power.
How does the thermostat control heating and ventilation?
Through the control panel and PG outputs, the thermostat automatically manages heating circuits, air conditioning, heat-recovery ventilation, or automated window actuators. Users can also manually adjust temperature settings locally via physical buttons on the device.
Can I monitor CO₂ levels remotely?
Yes, all real-time measurements, historical graphs, and notifications are accessible through the MyJABLOTRON 2 mobile and web application.
Can I install the JB-112TP thermostat myself?
The JB-112TP is part of a professional security and automation system. Installation and configuration are carried out by a certified JABLOTRON installation partner to ensure seamless operation and warranty coverage.
